How do I make a reservation?

You can call our reservation line at 509-279-0545 during normal business hours or our 24 hour dispatch at 509-279-0336.Yyou can fax your details to 509-279-0557, or simply click here and reserve online. Online reservations do not guarantee a time though. You will be contacted by a reservation representative to confirm your charter information. Many book online, then call to speed up the reservation process. Corporate accounts will receive an email confirmation usually in the same day the reservation is made.

 

How am I charged?

We accept credit cards, corporate account invoicing, and cash.

 

For Point To Point Taxi Service we charge (subject to change):

 

$2.00 Drop, $2.60 per mile and

$33.00 Wait Time.

 

What does that mean in reality? A good rule of thumb is to take the mileage you wish to go and multiply it by 3. That will give you a "ball park" figure on the cost. It may be a couple bucks less, it may be a couple bucks more. But at least you have the best "guess-timate". Charters are available on a case by case basis. Call for a quote. Rates are subject to change without notice on this site.

 

Do I have to pay for the time it takes you to get to my pick up location?

Charges begin when we pick up the first member of your party and end when we drop off the last member of your party.

 

Are there any other fees?

There are no other transport fees, however we do reserve the right to charge a “No Show” fee.

 

What is a “No Show”?

A “No Show” is when our driver arrives at a location and no one is there for us to transport. While it is of the highest priority to serve our clients, our drivers, like all our guests are on tight schedules. Therefore we have implemented the following to ensure quality service for everyone. Please note that guests without an account are charged by the meter.

 

Avoid “no show” charges by cancelling within two hours of scheduled pick up and never leave the pick up area without calling to locate your chauffeur.

 

If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call 1st Class Cab at 509-279-0336 for immediate assistance.

 

How do I cancel?

Cancellations:  Call 24/7 for cancellations. Voicemails are acceptable. Email is not an acceptable format for cancellations.

 

Can I reschedule with no fee?

We offer complimentary same-day rescheduling: Please request changes as soon as possible. If the delay is sudden due to an airline, please call us and we will work with you even if the change is inside 2 hours of scheduled pick up.

 

How much do I tip the driver? - A typical gratuity is 20%. Like Waiters and Waitresses, most of our Driver compensation comes from gratuities. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

 

Are you certified and insured? ExecuVan meets the City of Spokane and Spokane Airport requirements for insurance and inspections. All documents are carried on board are vehicles and can be inspected by our guests.

 

Can we consume adult beverages in the vehicles?

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted. Passengers are expected to act safe and obey all laws - including no drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances. Alcohol consumption by minors (under 21) is absolutely prohibited by law.

 

Can we smoke?

Smoking and for that matter all tobacco use is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

 

How many can go in the vehicles?

For your safety and comfort (not to mention the law), we will not transport more persons than the maximum legal allowance.
