Reservation Policies:

Personal Information:   1st Class Cab LLC, its divisions, and affiliates do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. We use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.

 

Reservations:   Reservations made online are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from us. Online reservations may be submitted up to 24 hours prior to your requested pick-up time. To request reservation with less than 24 hours advance notice, please call our offices direct at 509-279-0336 and speak to one of our reservation specialists.

 

Methods Of Payment:   We accept credit cards, corporate or individual accounts and cash. Corporate or individual  accounts with invoicing or on file credit cards are welcome.  In all cases receipts are available either by email or from your driver.

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are accepted by the phone only. Call 509-279-0336.

 

Airport Service Cancellation - No refunds for any cancellation made less than two hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Customers are encouraged to inform us of cancellations as early as possible by calling 509-279-0336. There is no charge for rescheduling due to a later/earlier flight providing you call prior to your final leg departure. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes of your planes scheduled landing, we will apply wait time charges based on hourly rates, and the vehicle will leave for it’s next appointment.

 

No-Show Fee:   On all reservations a customer is considered a "no-show" after 20 minutes past your scheduled pick up time. If you have not met you Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without first calling us at 509-279-0336..

 

Please note:   We are not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to road conditions, traffic congestion, road or airport closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures, etc. In case of mechanical difficulties or extreme weather hazard, either a replacement vehicle or full refund will be offered. While we make every effort to meet our obligations, we do not needlessly jeopardize the safety of our passengers or personnel.

 

Other Charges and Fees:

Gratuity - A typical gratuity is 20%. Like Waiters and Waitresses, most of our Driver compensation comes from gratuities. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

 

Surcharges:   All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to: road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed to the client.

 

Holiday Fees:   Holiday fees enable us to offer service on holidays. The charge offers our chauffeurs an incentive to be available on holidays. Without it, we simply could not offer service on those days. The holiday charge is a $15 minimum charge and is applied on the following holidays: Christmas Eve (before 5pm, after 5PM we’re closed), Christmas Day (Closed until after 5PM), Easter day, new Years Eve (after 5pm), Memorial Day, Independence Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day.

 

Cleaning Fees or Damages:   The Party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($300 Cleaning Fee), Upholstery Tears ($500-$1000 Replacement/Repair) and /or Opening a Car door into another vehicle or Stationary object ($1500-2000).

 

General Policies:

Max Capacity:   Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers the vehicle is certified for. Exceeding the number of passengers is a violation of federal/state law and our insurance guidelines.

 

No Smoking Policy:   We maintain a clean environment; therefore smoking and other tobacco products are NOT allowed in any of our vehicles.

 

Open Container:Open container laws regulating alcoholic beverages apply to any vehicle that is licensed and registered as a taxi transport vehicle. No open containers of alcohol are allowed in our vehicles at any time.

 

Child Seats: Child seats are recommended but not required in for hire vehicles. If you would like a child seat or booster please contact us as early as possible after making your reservation by calling 509-279-0545. Washington law does require children 13 years of age and under sit in a back seat unless impractical.

 

We Reserve the Right:   1st Class Cab LLC and its Affiliates reserve the right to cancel any service without refund if the chauffeur or the office feel the renting party or any one member of the renting party is endangering the rest of said party and/or if the renting party is in possession of any illegal substances or weapons of any kind. Absolutely no Minors will be allowed to have possession of of alcohol and/or illegal substances. Our companies assume no responsibility for either lost or damaged baggage, or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.

 

All rates are subject to change without notice. However by regulation all pricing changes must be on file with the city of Spokane and all changes regarding meter operations must have meters calibrated by the city of Spokane Weights and Measures department.
